By accessing the Entropy website or using the Entropy application, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Entropy provides wellness self-tracking tools, nutrition and activity logging, AI-assisted summaries, reports, reminders, and related educational content. Features may change as the product evolves.
Entropy is not directed to, offered in, or made available for mainland China. For this clause, mainland China means the Chinese mainland and excludes Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan. If you are located in mainland China, ordinarily resident in mainland China, or acting on behalf of users in mainland China, you may not access, register for, join the waitlist for, or use the website, app, APIs, paid plans, or related services.
We may use technical, operational, and legal measures, including IP-based or geolocation-based restrictions, to enforce this regional limitation. We may reject submissions, suspend access, remove accounts, or delete records that appear to violate this clause.
Entropy is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. AI-generated analysis, entropy scores, wellness summaries, and educational notes are informational only. Entropy does not estimate remaining life, diagnose disease, or replace qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.
We handle personal and sensitive data according to our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account inside the app or request deletion through Data Deletion.
Some features may be offered through paid plans. On Android, subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, and refund eligibility are shown by Google Play before purchase and are governed by Google Play's rules unless otherwise stated.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play account before the renewal date. Entropy does not receive your full payment-card number. We receive purchase verification metadata from Google Play to grant, restore, and manage paid access. Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge.
If a paid feature is unavailable because of a service issue, contact support@getentropy.app. Refunds and billing disputes for Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Entropy, its software, design, text, visual system, trademarks, and product experience are owned by Entropy or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entropy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or health-related damages arising from use of the service.
