Data Deletion Request

You can delete your Entropy account and associated data in the app at Profile → Delete Account Permanently. You can also request deletion by email. If you only joined the website waitlist, you can request deletion of your waitlist record by email.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to our privacy contact from an address you can access. For an app account, include the phone number linked to your Entropy account. For waitlist-only deletion, email us from the address used to join the waitlist. Do not include your password.

What Will Be Deleted

• Account credentials and account metadata.
• Profile data you entered in the app.
• Food, mood, sleep, activity, water, and life-event logs.
• AI analysis results, entropy scores, reports, notifications, and push tokens linked to the account.
• For waitlist-only requests: email address, platform preference, early-access intent, product-interest selections, locale, and consent records, subject to limited legal, security, and abuse-prevention retention.

Retention

Active account data is deleted after verification and processing of the request, generally within 30 days. Residual backup copies, if any, are not used for active service restoration except for security, legal, or disaster recovery needs and are scheduled to expire or be overwritten within 90 days.

Waitlist and early-access records are retained until beta or launch communication is completed, until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or for as long as reasonably needed to maintain consent, abuse-prevention, and legal records. Verified deletion requests are processed from active systems generally within 30 days, with residual backups scheduled to expire or be overwritten within 90 days.
